The filter consists of a 30ppi 13" x 13" x 2" sheet of poret foam and an 8" jetlifter (medium).
It fits following tanks:

10 gallon (dimensions 20x10x12")
15 gallon (dimension 24x12x12")
20L gallon (dimension 30x12x12"
33L gallon (dimension 36x12x12")

Nice filter

I use various Poret cubefilters so when setting up a new 15 g I decided to try the HMF. Three key pros are 1) large surface area 2) while it takes up space at one end of tank balance of area is open 3) can hide heater etc behind the foam. I like it.
