Identifying Features

The flowers of this species are 3", trumpet-shaped, pink to white, striped, and they run along the vine.

The leaves are triangular and squared on the back corners like an arrowhead.

Habitat & Range

The plants grow along trail-sides and watersides in the eastern United States and Europe.

Life Cycle

The flowers bloom from May to September.

This species is an herbaceous perennial, with vines growing up to 12 feet.
