It was an honour to welcome today His Majesty, King Philippe of Belgium, to TME’s Technical Centre in Zaventem! During the facility tour, King Philippe was invited to experience how Toyota’s global multi-path strategy to decarbonise #mobility is implemented in practice – from observing the assembly process of our zero-emission #hydrogen technology to taking a test-ride on our battery electric Accessible People Mover (APM). As part of the Belgium-Japan Association & Chamber of Commerce (BJA) 60th anniversary celebrations, the tour highlighted the significance of Japanese investment in Belgium, and importance of global collaboration in driving #innovation forward.
