Fraudulent orders are immediately refunded, however, TRP is still required to pay a NONREFUNDABLE transaction fee, and that's NOT FAIR. Therefore, a password must be obtained via email at titiusivie@gmail.com. Notice: The password will be changed every three to six months and must be requested again via email (titiusivie@gmail.com). In the email you will need to provide: 1) First and last name 2) Phone number 3) Email address 4) Billing address 5) Primary shipping address *The billing and primary shipping addresses MUST match. An optional shipping address can be included as well. *Please create a customer account that will serve as a personal record of your purchases and for tracking reward points with TRP. Furthermore, you must log in to your account in order to checkout/make a purchase. *At this time, TRP will ONLY ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
