This caused a terrible allergic reaction - 2 sprays only - coughing, sore throat, trouble breathing, major mucus buildup and coughing that lasted for hours. I took 3 Quercetin & Bromelain capsules and some systemic enzymes, plus Alka Seltzer Gold to counteract this, things that help with an allergic reaction. And it tastes horrible! I’ve taken bee pollen and propolis before without any problems. It’s expensive and cannot be returned. I wish I had read the negative reviews before ordering it. I would have wound up in Urgent Care had I not know how to counteract an allergic reaction. I have taken Beekeepers Propolis Throat Spray before without any problems or bad taste.

UPDATE: Sylvia at Customer Service reached out to me and refunded my money and offered to also send me another bottle of Throat Spray. I give Customer Service a 5 star review!!! No other seller has offered to refund my money or anything else they can do to make this right. I want to say that my previous experience with Beekeepers Throat Spray was excellent. The taste was good and it soothed my throat. I’m not sure why I had such a bad reaction to this one. Maybe the extreme heat we experienced during shipping affected it. I’m very pleased with Beekeepers Customer Service, specifically Sylvia.

Great delivery. I think perhaps lessen the amount of buckwheat honey to be more mild. Maybe make a less sweet version as another option. I used it on a tickly throat which seems to help but now that I'm better, because of the sweetness I'm scared of using it often for me/child. Apparently buckwheat honey is very nutritious I tried to see if there are any sides effects of too much buckwheat honey but didn't see... I don't know...based on the information I guess I'll try to use it all.
For my own tastes I'd dilute a bit in some of my water instead of spraying directly... I guess I'm just not used to something being so sweet but good for your general and oral health. Will take getting used to.
