Born To Sin originated in Bali and our products are designed, developed and produced by local artisans around Bali. The community of Indonesia is close to our hearts and therefore the quality of the factory and conditions for our workers is regularly checked and a huge priority for us as a business.

If I order today, when will I receive my order? 

All orders dispatched same day as long as the order is placed before 3:30pm. All products shipped with DPD on a next working day service.

If I order on a weekend, when will I receive my order? 

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, so any weekend orders would be dispatched the next working day. Bank holidays are not classed as working day.

How will I know when my order arrives?

Make sure you put your mobile number and/or email address on your order and DPD will notify you on the day with a 1-hour predicted ETA.

What if I'm not going to be in when DPD arrive?

On the day of delivery, once you receive your 1-hour predicted ETA, you are given the option to re-deliver on a different day, leave with your neighbour or leave in a safe place.

What if my parcel looks damaged or like it's already been opened?

When your products arrive from the courier, make sure to have a quick check of the packaging for any signs of opening or damage. Take any pictures you can and let the driver know. Please inform us ASAP should this happen.

All jewellery is made from sterling silver which is made up of 92.5% silver and 7.5% of other metals. Because 100% fine silver is too soft to use in jewellery, it must be mixed with other metals to make it harder. This is the highest quality silver that can be used to make jewellery. 

- Try to avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, hair spray and deodorant 

- Always remove your jewellery before showering, swimming and exercising 

- When you’re not wearing your jewellery, story it in the Born To Sin pouch

- Polish with a silver cloth (only needed for dark silver / oxidised pieces) 

To ensure your jewellery is always in its best condition, please follow the guidelines: 

- Store your jewellery in dark, dry, cool places as they will tarnish in direct sunlight 

- Fasten chains before storing to avoid tangling

- Store jewellery separate from other pieces to avoid scratching
