all AMD Athlon 64 (754,939,940,AM2)
AMD Athlon X2 up to 5000+
all AMD Athlon 64 FX

Extremely Quiet
The low speed 92 mm fan reduces the noise level to a minimum.
The patented fan holder is able to practically eliminate the typical buzzing sound of 92 mm fans.
Patent No 203 07 981 U1 (Germany)
Patent No 10/834 232 (USA)

Powerful cooling
6 Heat Pipes (three used double sided) are able to transfer heat up to 200 Watt. The heat exchanger is built of 42 fins and consists of a surface area of over 4700 cm2 and allows for resistance free energy transfer to air.

Integrated Cooling of Voltage Converters
Air is drawn in from the side of the fan to cool the components around the CPU.
Some air is blown out towards the voltage converters on the mainboard with the bent fins at the bottom.

Patented Vibration Absorption
The four rubber connectors on the fan case act as a vibration damper to absorb the vibration of the running fan. This can reduce significant vibration between plastic fan case and heatsink.

Easy Installation
The cooler is to install without any tools within seconds.

Info: Freezer 64 Pro

Freezer64 Pro is one of the easiest installing models on test. Mechanism is very easy to use, it does not have any additional clips, user should only pull the plug when he put the cooler in place. When you have low price in mind, Freezer64 Pro actually is very viable solution. Freezer64 is also very quiet. It's just with a simple installation and more importantly for reasonable price. Simply a good price/performance ratio.

DragonSteelMods: Freezer 64 Pro

What can I say? Arctic Cooling is one of the top designers/makers of cooling products, they are just an amazing group of individuals that seem bent of developing the best cooling products out there. The Freezer 64 Pro is a fine example of the excellent craftsmanship that Arctic Cooling is capable of, it looks great, performs well and is virtually silent, what more could you ask for? It's no surprise that the Freezer 64 Pro will be getting an excellent score from me, and it'[s one of those products that I can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a top of the line silent CPU cooler. DragonSteelMods gives the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro a 5 out of 5 score and our Recommended Award as well.

FutureLooks: Freezer 64 Pro

The results speak very loud and clear about the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro with PWM CPU Cooler. It's not only quiet, but it also doesn't get much louder when the pressure is on to perform. It's uncanny ability to recover high CPU temps to much lower ones quickly is a testament to how efficient this design is. With the massive surface area provided by the large fins, a powerful six pipe cooling design, and a unique fan design that pushes up to 40 CFM through the heatsink while remaining nearly dead silent, I don't know how a stock cooler could compete, and it's right up there with the best. Where this cooler is BETTER than the best is in the ease of installation. This cooler was designed from the ground up to be a Athlon 64/AM2 solution so it doesn't require you to disassemble your whole system just to attach a hunk of metal. The retention system is so easy to attach, I could almost do it by feel. Actually, since I could barely see down there, I think that could qualify as a valid claim. Did we mention that crazy 6 year warranty? It's quiet, it's cool, it sets up nice and easy, and you'll have it for six years! For all that, this cooler gets my Editor's Choice Recommendation!

Overclock3D: Freezer Pro

The Arctic Freezer 7 Pro and Freezer 64 Pro are great coolers. The build quality, attention to detail, compatibility, ease of installation and price are all stand-out features of both coolers in their own right. You get a near silent cooling solution, that has killer looks and yet it can compete on a level playing field with a lot of the competitors products out there.

Custom PC: Freezer 7 Pro

If we worked in the air-cooling industry, we have hired assassinns to seek out ARCTIC COOLING's design team by now. The company has single-handedly completely overhauled the way that most enthusiasts cool their PC's with products that boast awesome cooling ability, low noise levels and prices that beggar belief. This year ARCTIC COOLING stepped up the ante even further with its new Pro-series of CPU coolers, which have six heatpipes and larger, quieter fans. With an ingenious combination of large metal heatsinks and copper contacts, heatpipes, these cooolers are an essential upgrades.

MAXIT MAG: Freezer 7 Pro

There is no doubt that the Freezer 7 Pro is one of the best coolers for LGA 775 processors. It may not be a universal heatsink, but it definitely delivers when it comes to doing it's job, rather than being a jack of all trades and master of none. The Freezer 7 Pro ticks all the right boxes. No other heatsink offers such a combination of performance, silence and ease of installation. And if that wasn't enough, did we mention the price tag of less than 13 quid? This has got to be one of the best bargains on the market, so no one has a valid excuse for not to buy one. When we review stuff, we usually find a flaw or two in even the best designed products. However, it appears that Arctic Cooling have done their homework - The Freezer 7 Pro is perfect in every aspect be it performance or price, and for that, we award it 10 out of 10.

PCtipp: Freezer 7 Pro

Neeks PC Playground: Freezer 64 Pro

I really like this heat sink. Its very simple to install and offers the user a lot of cooling power. It can handle today's hottest CPU's or some of today's Athlons that are being over clocked to 3.0ghz. I though i may have installation problems on a Micro ATX motherboard but the Freezer 64 Pro fit without any problems. If your looking for a high performance heat sink that is quiet then look no further. I give this a 9 out of 10.

Twisted Mods: Freezer 64 Pro

In general, the AC Freezer 64 Pro is extremely quiet and effective, just what you are looking for in a non-stock cooler. Price is fairly low, and performs tremendously compared to other aftermarket coolers. You also have to consider how quiet it is, even under stressful condition. The easy installation, it's in fact easier to install than the stock AMD cooler, and any not so experienced person can install it within a matter of seconds. It's VERY practical. Al thought of course you cant expect it to set new cooling records, but in my book, its one of the most respectable coolers I've ever put my eyes on. Although there are some flaws with the cooler, for instance, in some cases the heatpipes might not be faced parallel to the ground, but either way... it's pro's out weigh the con's. Overall, I'm quite happy with this heatsink, and I love how it performs, especially for it's price. I highly recommend it to anyone who's in a market for a cheap, easy to install, yet very effective heatsink.

Cracy OC: Freezer 7 Pro

WCCF: Freezer 64 Pro

The price of this cooler is competitive with a lot of cooling solutions out there and I would recommend this thing to anyone who just wants a good cooling solution for their PCs. Another thing I would want to mention is that the design of this CPU cooler makes sure that least possible noise and shaking is noticed. If you haven't noticed already, the plastic type material that's enclosing the fan is basically reinforcing the fan. This helps it to reduce wobbling and shivering of heatsink due to high RPM. This is the same design as Arctic Cooling’s PC Case fans. Performance, Design, and Price definitely stands out from the other CPU coolers available. I would recommend this thing to anyone who has an AMD’s midend to highend processors. With the performance and Cooling ability of this HSF, we've decided to award this product our "WCCF Extreme Enthusiasts Award". I can say that this is one of the most interesting products I’ve ever tested. I can say that Arctic Cooling did it again.

Waterboost: Freezer 64 Pro

Arctic Cooling re-examined his copy with brilliance, the evolution of Freezer 64 in Freezer 64 Pro was well thought and remarkably carried out. Thanks to his very simple attachment unit, the installation is done in a few seconds and doesn't require any particular competence. The copper base of the Freezer covers perfectly the IHS, the thermal compound (pre-applied) is in good quantity and it’s well spread on the top of the DIE area. It’s very difficult to found critics about this Arctic Cooling’s product, moreover his price is only about 28€. The Waterboost team decrees to the Freezer 64 Pro, without any ambiguity, the GOLD award!

modthecase: Freezer 64 Pro

APH Networks: Freezer 64 Pro

After running through all the results, Arctic Cooling's Freezer64 offered the best performance at an impressive $34 price tag (MSRP). With all the high end features such as heatpipes and 90 degree fan, anything that even comes close makes you dig twice as deep into your pocket. Along with some decent pre-applied thermal paste and even bent fins for cooling your MOFSETs, this heatsink is just... that perfect. Just excellent performance, quiet cooling and all the high end features at a rock bottom price.

Pc-extremst: Freezer 64 Pro

59hardware: Freezer 64 Pro

This model remains constancy and average in terms of cooling and noise. It's principal assets are the simple installation, the preapplied thermal paste on the item. Also the attachment unit of its ventilator is great and particularly adapted to the absorption of the vibrations. Moreover, its price and a guarantee of 6 years make it to a very good deal.

MAXIMUM PC: Freezer 64 Pro

During testing, the Freezer 64 Pro delivered cooling performance on par with both the aforementioned 10/Kick Ass products. It even trumped the Zalman by 1C in one of our tests. With its easy installation, scintillating performance, and dead-quiet operation, this CPU coolr remnds us of that movie As Good As It Gets.

Systemcooling: Freezer 64 Pro

The Freezer 64 Pro proved to be an excellent cooling solution for the Athlon 64 processor. The Arctic Cooling heatsink fan is well made and delivers very good performance with minimal noise. The cooler proved very easy to mount and the pre-applied thermal compound performed better than any of the other thermal compounds tested. The Freezer 64 Pro is relatively quiet when operating at full speed on 12 VDC. Slowing the fan down by reducing the applied voltage will make it virtually silent but cooling performance will decrease as well. While there are a few other high-performance heatsink fans on the market that can deliver slightly better performance with even less noise, none are as easy to mount, or as affordable, or come with a 6-year warranty like the Freezer 64 Pro does. For this, the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro heatsink fan earns the coveted SystemCooling.com Seal of Excellence.

Hardware-Review: Freezer 64 Pro

Freezer 64 Pro blew AMD's stock cooling solution completely out of the water. The temps are simply amazing and I commend Arctic Cooling for making such a superior product. After installing the Freezer 64 Pro, you could tell immediately that this was going to be the overall winner. While AMD's stock cooling stayed fairly close to the Freezer 64 Pro under idle conditions, it was left in the dust under load conditions and couldn't hold a handle to Arctic Cooling's performance levels. The Freezer 64 Pro is really an outstanding product and really flexed its muscles during our performance tests. It's also easy on the eyes and very affordable for PC enthusiasts and normal end users alike. We give the Freezer Pro 64 a 9.75/10, our coveted Editor's Choice Award, and Hardware-Review.net's Seal of Approval!

Techgage: Freezer 64 Pro

With all this said, there is not a lot that I can pick out that I do not like about this cooler. I would like to point out that the noise is not what I had expected from a 92mm fan. This was silenced by four rubber nipples that the fan casing mounts directly onto. A better example can be seen in the following picture. There were a lot of nice features about this cooler that can allow me to recommend this to anyone looking for a high performance to price ratio. At only 34.99 at Newegg, you can't go wrong with this cooler. It performs almost as good as the Zalman 9500 and costs half as much as the Zalman does. This is a good cooler and I can recommend this with out reservations to anyone out there who is unsatisfied with their current cooling solution. All in all, this is a solid cooler that merits a 9/10 on our near famous scale. This will make you happy.

Computing On Demand: Freezer 64 Pro

What does this all mean? It means that the Freezer Pro kicks the crap out of the stock heat sink you get when you buy your processor. Additionally, its recommended retail price is only 34 smackaroos. That is a lot of bang for your buck! Bottom line, this is probably one of the best designs I have seen in a long time. This unit performs well, and is inexpensive. You can't ask for anything more. Would I buy one? Yup. What can you expect from the Freezer 64 Pro? You can expect a GREAT product.

OCIA: Freezer 64 Pro

I am very impressed with the performance of the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro. 7-10C improvement over stock is reaching into Thermalright territory. At the time of this review, zipzoomfly.com is asking $28.50 for it, which is about 1/2 the price of a Thermalright cooler, and the fan is included with Arctic Cooling's offering. At fan speeds under 2200 rpm, the Freezer 64 Pro is virtually silent, and with the performance at those speeds, I see no need to raise the fan speed any faster, except maybe while doing some extreme overclocking.

Virtual-Hideout: Freezer 64 Pro

It's a great design with the heatpipes, the patented fan vibration absorption system and the easy installation replacing a stock cooler setup. The Freezer 64 Pro is also very quiet with no noticeable noise over the other system components in my particular setup. So to wrap this review up I think the Freezer 64 Pro is a great cooling heatsink and if you're having cooling problems on your AMD socket 939 cpu, it's worth the cash. With a very respectable street price of around $35 USD, it's certainly worth a strong look for a solid cooler. I personally really like the cooler and I can rest easy that my CPU is getting it's proper airflow.

Master Player: Freezer 64 Pro

We are in presence of one of the more silent and efficient cooler that we can buy for our Athlon 64. With a cost of 350 pesos (34 US dollars) this is the cheapest high performance cooler we can find, and we don’t mention awesome the 6-year warranty that Artic cooling provides for the product. That’s why our Master Player Recommender Award was given to the product.

DriverHeaven: Freezer 64 Pro

Arctic Cooling have nailed it with this Cooler. Great performance combined with near quiet operation. Even at the increased fan speed the cooler is not very loud at all. It also took another 5c off the idle temperature of my CPU. I would not hesitate to recommend this to someone looking for a quiet cooling solution. There is really nothing bad to say about the cooler although the huge size may be an issue for some.

DoomedPC: Freezer 64 Pro

This heatsink is by far one of the nicest heatsinks I’ve tinkered with, not only does it perform well but its deadly silent too. The most amazing thing about this heatsink though is the price, it can be had for as little as Ł15 and that’s including shipping! What more could you ask for in a heatsink? It has to be said that this is the most silent heatsink I have ever used, almost as quiet as the watercooling I used to have. Just to let you know how silent it is, I virtually had to turn off every other fan in my computer to hear it…it’s THAT quiet! I dont think I’ve ever come across a heatsink with a price to performance ratio such as this. Arctic Cooling has done a fantastic job with this heatsink and I hope they continue this trend, they have included everything needed in a heatsink for a more than generous price.

HardwareZone: Freezer 7 Pro

Renowned for its whisper quiet VGA coolers, Arctic Cooling is also gradually building up a reputation for CPU coolers. Its newest CPU cooler, the Freezer 7 Pro is an incremental improvement over the original design, with one more heatpipe and angled fins for better airflow and even more quiet performance.

Casemodding Palace: Freezer 64 Pro

Overclex: Freezer 7 Pro

"I am enchanted by the performances of this cooler, which for me, currently has the best coolers with ratio refroidissement/silence/prix . It is difficult to find a cooler with 25€ offering the same performances while remaining relatively quiet in 12v. With the final one, if you wish to appreciably improve cooling of your processor and to replace your INTEL Box by a reasonable solution, choose the eyes closed for Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 PRO ! Moreover, it is also occupied to cool your mosfets with the need:) We decree to him the maximum note of 5/5 for his ratio refroidissement/silence/prix !

ATI-News: Freezer 7 Pro

Master Player: Freezer 64 Pro

Freezer 64 Pro is 3 time more quiet than the boxed AMD cooler thanks to the super silent bearing of the cooler, and the four rubber connections instead of traditional screws. The Freezer 64 Pro decreased the CPU-temperature for more than 10 degrees! This is an awesome score! With a cost of 350 pesos (34 US dollars) this is the cheapest high performance cooler we could find, and we don't mention awesome the 6-year warranty that Arctic cooling provides for the product. That's why our Master Player Recommender Award was given to the product.

Cowcotland: Freezer 64 Pro

"The Freezer 64 Pro is one of the winner, because it's impossible to hear the running fan It has a really simple installation and it's really not expensive. If I had the choice to choose one of them, for me the Freezer 64 Pro is one of the best with its design, price and conception."

Devhardware: Freezer 64 Pro

Without a doubt, the Freezer 64 Pro is an amazing cooler. All of the new features increase the overall performance significantly versus most aftermarket cooling solutions. The ability to overclock single core and dual core processors to new limits is worth every penny. The only thing I wonder is why Arctic Cooling didn’t design this heatsink the first time. None the less, the Freezer 64 Pro is an amazing heatsink. I’m often told “If it isn’t broken, don’t try to fix it”. In this case I’m glad Arctic Cooling went back to the drafting table to one-up an already amazing cooler.

Hardwareoverclock: Freezer 64 Pro

Max IT: Freezer 7 Pro

“Considering the relatively good performance from both cooler (Freezer 7 Pro and Freezer 64 Pro) while managing a near silent noise level, Arctic Cooling’s research and design team has come up with yet another set of winners.”

Allround-PC: Freezer 7 Pro

Overclock PC: Freezer 7 Pro

"The results obtained during the tests were good. The key of the product is the low noise level generated by the fan. The installation is fast and easy. Clearly an evolution of Freezer 7. We recommend this product."

Legion Hardware: Freezer 7 Pro

Overall, I am pleased with how the Freezer 7 Pro performed and like what the cooler has to offer. The Arctic-Cooling Freezer 7 Pro is a well rounded package that offers acceptable performance whilst making almost no noise. Even under full load the Freezer 7 Pro is still very quiet, unlike the standard Intel LGA775 that winds up making an unbearable racket when the processor is working hard. The Freezer 7 Pro is a well rounded product because it does offer reasonably good performance, it is very quiet, installation is a breeze and most importantly it is a cost effective alternative to standard cooling.

PC Modding Malaysia: Freezer 7 Pro

Overall, the new Freezer Pro series offered improved results than the original Freezer series. The additional heatpipe and larger 92mm cooling fan helps to increase the Freezer Pro cooler’s performance by quite a noticeable margin, especially in CPU cooling performance. The new fan design is also very ingenious and the new fan now comes with rubber suspension that eliminates fan vibration, even at low speeds. Our test results also show that the Freezer Pro works best with the pre-applied MX-1 thermal paste, so make sure you get the MX-1 or similar thermal paste for application. Priced at only USD34 / RM130, the Freezer Pro is currently the best CPU cooler in its class. This will be great news for high-end dual core system setups, especially with Intel Pentium dual-core as the Freezer Pro was able to perform better than the stock cooler in terms of cooling performance and noise level. If you are looking for a CPU cooler that offers solid performance, low noise and great value, the Freezer Pro is everything you are looking for. Backed by a 6-year warranty, you can never go wrong with Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro.

PureOverclock: Freezer 64 Pro

Freezer 64 Pro is one of the most impressive coolers available today and I wanted to make that clear from the get go. It’s not really hard to make a heatsink perform well if you pair it with a 7000 RPM, 60 db(a) fan, but it is difficult, extremely difficult to make a heatsink that can keep up with the performance leaders with a quiet, low RPM fan. Arctic Cooling is now one of the few manufacturers that can do this with absolute style. With innovations such as the patented decoupled fan with cute away sides, six heat pipes and as many as 40 aluminium fins, it is one of the best coolers on the market, and the fan…..well it’s a special one. The great news is the Arctic Cooling is releasing these fans separately as case fans and they are going to be much cheaper than the other low noise fans out there. The Freezer 64 Pro not only hugely outperforms it at stock and with the overclock, but its does it with little to no noise. I can’t recommend this cooler enough.

MADBOXPC: Freezer 64 Po

Only praises I can give him of this dissipator, has a quite acceptable weight for which it is, a very good yield in operation stock and with overclock, the ventilator that it includes is quiet and very pleasant. It is of easy installation and it is not necessary to remove to the plate mother, a quite great extra for a dissipator with heatpipes. Arctic Cooling has made a great work of design to diminish the levels of noise of its products and again they have obtained it with this cosmelling. Definitively an excellent option at the time of choosing a good ventilator, since it has everything, is quiet and it evolves well, Arctic Cooling has again been surpassed when sending this to cosmell.

HardwareXL: Freezer 64 Pro

ARCTIC COOLING has already made its name in cooling the fastest graphic cards available today, if it up to me they can put cpu cooling right up there as well. The " Patented Vibration Absorption" really makes a difference, just like the meshed power cable which gives it just that little something extra. The installing is a breeze, performance is excellent. With a recommended retail price (excl. VAT) of 34 USD / 28 EUR make this Freezer 64 Pro a "Kick-Ass Product".

The secondary airflow helps cool components mounted on the motherboard around the CPU socket area.

techPowerUp: Freezer 64 Pro

Arctic Cooling has proven that they can not only deliver solid cooling performance but do so without creating a lot of noise. Arctic Cooling's Freezer 64 Pro is able to keep your CPU cool, and will be able to do so, even when overclocking. The tool-less installation is exceptionally easy and can be performed very quickly, even by computer novices. The pre-applied thermal paste will certainly help here, making improper application impossible.

If you are person looking for and inexpensive CPU cooler that takes place of a stock fan/heat sink, then this is for you. If you want to overclock and get higher speeds then you will need to get something a bit stronger, but from what I have seen and experienced this will be staying in my computer. CDRinf: Freezer 7 Pro

The Freezer 7 PRO is a cooler designed from very good materials and of excellent construction. The 6 heatpipes along with the 42 fins deliver a lot of cooling. The four rubber connectors on the fan case offer vibration dampening from the running fan and prevent vibration transfer to the heatsink and the case, something you don't usually see with coolers. The Freezer 7 PRO produced very good performance in our tests with low temperatures and noise levels. The Freezer 7 PRO will serve you well if you are an overclocker. The noise levels were rather low, confirming the manufacturer's specifications, while in all cases, (idle mode, full load, benchmarks etc) the rotation speed for the fan was 2420~2600rpm. Installing the Freezer 7 PRO was definitely not a problem. Adopting the same mounting mechanism as the stock cooling system from Intel, it is not a problem even if you have no experience with such things. It has thermal compound pre-applied in order to avoid any inconvenience and mess with tubes. A couple of minutes are enough for the whole procedure. The new Freezer 7 PRO costs US$34 / €28 (VAT excl.) - along with a 6 year warranty and company support, definitely an affordable solution which we highly recommend.

Pro-Clockers.com: Freezer 7 Pro

The Freezer 7 Pro is an excellent replacement for the stock OEM cooler and also for those that are running loud aftermarket coolers as well. Conquering the heat produced by Intel processors today can be a difficult job but Arctic Cooling has subduing the heat problems. With the uniqueness of the heatsink and the fan assembly this cooler will look good in anybodies case. So if you are in the market for a cooler that runs ultra quiet and performance pretty well, the Freezer 7 Pro maybe a good start.

Hi-Techreviews: Freezer 7 Pro

What's not to like about the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro, here is a unit that is simple to install, is nearly dead silent during operation, performs remarkably well even when overclocked to some extent. Perhaps best of all is the price tag of less than $40.00, all of these add up to give to a superior heatsink that will provide you will years of service backed by a full 6-year warranty. So if you own a AMD64 socket 939 and need a new heatsink or are thinking of picking a new motherboard up and are trying to figure out which heatsink to purchase then stop right here and give this one a long look aand I think you will find as we did that it performs quite well.

3DXtreme.net: Freezer 64 Pro

Not only did the Freezer 64 Pro deliver temperatures on par with the Big Typhoon but it allowed for a stable overclock. However the Zalman had the same opportunity and failed to produce results as good. The Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro matched the performance of the Thermaltake Big Typhoon and costs about $30 less. The Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro impressed us from the start - from it's easy installation to the outstanding overclocked stability results. We'd certainly have no reservations about suggesting the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro!

3D Fusion: Freezer 64 Pro

Absolute Insight: Freezer 64 Pro

Arctic Cooling’s Freezer 64 Pro offers PC enthusiasts an alternative to stock cooling that offers excellent performance while keeping the sound output to a minimum. While the cooler is bulky, it provides cooling about 10oC better than the bundled stock air coolers. This extra overhead can be used for overclocking or to merely increase overall system stability. If you’ve got room in your case and are looking to quiet your system while maximizing cooling without paying $100+ for a water cooler, then look no further than the Freezer 64 Pro. After thoroughly examining, testing, and reviewing Arctic Cooling’s Freezer 64 Pro cooler, the Absolute Insight staff would like to give it our “We’d Buy It! Ooooh yeah!” award.

Technic3D: Freezer 7 Pro

Frosty Tech: Freezer 64 Pro

Compared to the more mainstream Arctic Cooling Silencer 64 Ultra TC heatsink, the Freezer 64 Pro maintains temperatures about 10°C lower, and with less noise output. The Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro is a great lower-noise AMD Athlon64 socket 754/939/940 heatsink.

DIRKVADER: Freezer 64 Pro

CDRinf: Freezer 64 Pro

The Freezer 64 was a nice cooler but the new Freezer 64 PRO has an even better design and construction. Installation of the Freezer 64 is accomplished in a few minutes. In fact, it took longer to remove the stock fansink and clean the CPU of thermal compound than it did to install the Arctic cooling solution. According to our tests, the Freezer 64 PRO reported very good performance with low temperature levels. Although the new cooler from Arctic-Cooling reported improved performance in temperature, the noise levels remained as with the previous models, low. The four rubber mounts on the fan case did their job quite well by absorbing any vibrations from the fan, preventing any transfer to the heatsink or the case. The fins are also more solid and there is no noise from vibrations. A couple of simple improvements made the new Freezer 64 PRO overall better than its predecessor. Worth the money for sure...

PCLABS: Freezer 7 Pro

In our test, the most successful cooler was Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro. Ýt has not only perfect cooling solution but also very silent. It is impossible for us to find any cooler which is more silent then Arctic Cooling thus far due to its' design. It has a very good design, and it has also a design which allows you to make easy-instalation. And the price is around 35$ which is suitable and affordable for this kind of product. This product deserves our best recommended award.

Tech Source Reviews: Freezer 7 Pro

All in all, the Freezer 7 Pro is an extremely quiet cooler. It is barely audible over a whisper. Although it does not outperform other coolers in its class, this product is designed for the computer modding enthusiast and has a “show” factor to it. The price, at $34 USD is above average coolers, but it is well worth it, considering it is made of a solid copper base, aluminum heatsink and it sports an Arctic Ceramic Bearing fan. Moreover, another great feature is that the bottom 3 fins of the heatsink are angled towards the voltage converters on the motherboard, thus reducing the chance of the motherboard overheating.
