In my offices, I have had three of these. The highest use has been with faxing. So far, so good. I have had other all-in-ones literally only last months with our volume. These are holding up. Auto-feed works nice. Letter size paper scanning only, no legal size. No double sided copying. But, as a work horse in the office, this is a good deal. I recommend this over other lesser quality all-in-ones.
Like: Compact, bulb heats quickly, fax and copy features perfect, stores faxes and transfers to computer so you don't waste paper. Dislike: Cannot copy legal size documents without separating, scanning then print. Software is garbage. If you do an update it stops working, and you have to remove every last bit, and registry entry to do re-install. If that doesn't work, they recommend reinstalling your operating system. Good value, perfect for home office.
The printer rollers were a bit noisy, but the unit looks and prints like brand new. It is the exact model that I purchased in 2009. Feeling lots of nostalgia. I'm looking forward to getting another 11 years of use out of the one that I purchased from this company. 👌

Bought this as a replacement for an HP 3100 all in one that I've had for many years with zero problems. Only problem was that the new home computer has microsoft VISTA, which -hp- (many years after discontinuing the 3100) doesn't support under VISTA. This was a good replacement, with all sorts of features that the old Ain1 didn't have. Only "negative" comment is that it is a little more noiser than the old printer, but that is well compensated by the increase in speed. Another real plus is that it can be configured as a "network printer" instead of just a "shared printer" under windows. Too new to talk about reliability, but I am expecting as good a printer as I had in the old 3100.
printer prints, faxes, scans and had flatbed. very fast, quick warm-up. can be configured as local and network printer. very, very rarely jams. have 3 of them. bought last one even when it had been discontinued to avoid a different printer cartridge used by its replacement. the 3055 uses the 12A cartridge which is relatively cheap and widely available.
