Tortas de Aceite are a traditional Spanish crisp bread, light and flaky, made with over 25% Spanish olive oil. They are produced entirely by hand, each torta with its own distinctive hand-patted shape. Tortas de aceite have been made for over 100 years in the Seville region of Andalucia. The traditional sugared tortas are flavored with a touch of anise.
These tortas pairs perfectly with coffee or tea.
