Harry Potter” actor Jamie Waylett, who plays Draco Malfoy‘s henchman Vincent Crabbe, was sentenced to 120 hours of community service Tuesday for growing marijuana, The Associated Press reports.

The 20-year-old pleaded guilty to growing the drug in a court hearing last week after police found 10 plants growing in his mother’s London home.

Although the maximum sentence for growing marijuana is 14 years, Judge Timothy Workman announced at the hearing that he believes the actor was producing the drug on a small scale for personal use only.

The judge said Waylett had been “until now, a man of good character.”
