I ordered three of these plates and they arrived missing one of the tension springs needed to hold it in place. Two of the bags containing each item were not closed when they arrived and other parts were just rolling around in the box that was not sealed properly. I'm guessing the missing spring fell out of a hole in the box. The plates that did arrive look very nice, it's just a pain to have them not arrive with all the correct parts.

UPDATE: Sent amazon a message, they sent me another entire plate with all the parts. Well done. Super easy to install, works and looks great.

I searched around and couldn't find an alternate, so I pulled the trigger on 4 of these. I felt a bit foolish when these arrived, after paying $22 a piece for a glorified piece of plastic. Although they are what they say they are, and they perform as advertised, the price is ludicrous. These are very basic and should cost under $10. Heck, $5 would be more in line. One alternate idea, if you have a can that you are covering, for the same $, you can buy a full LED light replacement kit (and just not connect the power, then you can have as a backup or alternate if ever needed). The LED light covers look clean and pretty much do that same job of covering a can, and you actually get something tangible for your money.
